Stray Kids may be a game changer for future Kpop idols. First it is a self made group, not lassoed by JYPE. Bang Chan spearheaded his idea and got JYP’s blessing. Because each member was recruited personally by Chan, bond is tight and talent is complementary. Second under JYPE’s new management structure (starting from TWICE), each idol has its own support team. JYP said that this will reduce overhead, save communication time, and make idol’s brand more coherent. It worked wonderfully for TWICE. Stray Kids churning out MVs for every song on LP because the kids came up with concepts. SK’s marketing and production team then OKed it and approved the budget to make it happen. In the future, idols may have to shape their own career path, not passively waiting for the management company to dictate. Got7 started to self manage a couple of years after debuting. TWICE may have some say since debut because the girls can easily convey ideas with their own team. Day6 stepped up in late 2016 by proposing EveryDay6 project (thankfully green lighted). Stray Kids has been proactive in all aspects (writing, arranging, choreography, film making....) before debuting. These kids are goal getters, not one slacker (so far). this is really long *i warned you* *stray kids are the most inspiring group for me. no, i'm not saying that other groups aren't, but stray kids stood out for me the most. they have these kinds of mem(e)bers* *chan* - tHE BEST LEADER EVER. i didn't know that angels also exist in earth before i knew about chan. he's the most understanding and caring leader and inspired me the most. he made me realize that success isn't easy to get and there is always a prize for your hard work *woojin* - cUTEST BEAR EVER. despite him being the most underrated member, he showed people his honey vocals and proved to people that TALENT matters more than popularity. *minho* - my eyes almost bawled out when jyp eliminated him. he was my first bias and i was educated more on how to tidy things with bundles. but seriously, this man really deserves more love and appreciation because he is so PRECIOUS. *changbin* - remember when he said that his parents was against of him auditioning in JYP? lmao luckily, he passed the audition and his parents was very proud of him and even bragged about him (he said). this taught me that you should never give up on your dreams and be passionate. *hyunjin* - i felt sad when people (at the start) recognize him because of his visuals. he said that he wants people to recognize him by his talent, not by visuals only and worked really hard. he laughs at almost everything lmao, this reminds me of "dont worry be happy". don't sleep on his rapping skills y'all. *jisung* - this coconut squirrel cracked me up the most. i see a jae in jisung because they both get bullied and roasted HAHAHA. i love his vocal skills, rapping skills and especially, her lively personality. he lifts up the atmosphere and kills the awkward silence (hehe). but one thing, sTOP WRECKING MEEEE *felix* - i was really mad at jyp when he eliminated felix just because he can't speak korean that well smh. i mean, i hope jyp remembers that he lived in australia (but he's korean) and he's still learning korean. i as actually amazed by his determination to debut and didn't mind his grammar. *seungmin* - i can't believe that this savage dork is underrated. i was like: HOW CAN THIS AMAZING VOCAL BE UNDERRATED? but thanks to young wings, his vocals really stand out and finally jyp praised his lovely vocal. YES YOUNG WINGS IS HIS BITCH *jeongin* - *cries uwus* i remembered when he, jisung and woojin were practicing school life and jeongin still didn't mastered his part and stayed up late at night just to perfect his part. while he was being commented by jisung or woojin, i really wowed when his smile and bright face still remains. then i almost cried when he confessed that he was smiling to not make his hyungs worry about him AWWW i feel vv soft. these nine precious people are grouped by the leader and that makes a silly, savage, sweet, understanding, gAy, complete group ♥

I became a Stay a year ago after hearing my first song--Side Effects. This was the second song I heard and I was like is this the same group??? The fact that their songs span so many musical genres is what makes them so special. I've since listened to all their songs I think, but this song is still in my top 10. It makes my heart soft. I just discovered this video and seeing how far they've come makes me teary. Love them so much.

I just came here after the 2021 ver released. I like the OT8 version too, but the bridge part that was removed is actually my fav part of the song so i'm a bit sad that it's gone even though i understand why it has to be removed :") Well, i can always go back and listen to the original ver sometimes. This is really long lmao "I believe my family" I almost started crying in class at this point. These 9 boys mean so much to me and hearing these words make my heart swell with pride and joy. All of them have worked so hard for everything and deserve all the love they get. From day one they've always had these bright smiles, and put so much effort into what they do. Seeing them all together makes me happy beyond belief. I can tell this song means so much to the boys and it really means alot for STAYS. Their music has such strong meaning no matter the genre they fit it into. I remember listening to 'Grow up' for the first time and just bawling. Having them be around my age (Im 16) makes stanning them almost better in a way. They connect easily with us and hearing that song just makes me realize how I'm not the only one feeling like adults are always pushing us to do this and that and saying we arent good enough. They feel that way too. I've learned so much from them. I guess a better way to put it is that I've learned that even they feel the same way other kids our age feel. Hearing their lyrics, like from 'My Pace', telling us it's ok to go your own pace, dont push yourself to be like others. All of it makes everything in life so much better. I've been a STAY since before debut (since last December) and I dont regret it one bit. The boys have become such postive role models in my life. Hearing them say that they have become family to one another makes me cry. I just can't get over how much they've impacted my life. I'm so proud to call myself a STAY. They're really changing the "idol" concept from someone who seems almost inhuman and far away to a friend who you can lean on for support, who you know will always be there for you and support you even without being able to talk to them. I think that's a mutual feeling between Stays and Stray Kids. Hi, I've been a stay since day 1. Since 3racha era even. I started school last september so I became busy. I couldn't watch the latest upload. It's now my school break and thought I'd listen to this while eating. I did NOT expect this song. This was my go to back then when I was feeling down. I didn't expect to see this being uploaded again in the new playlist of skz2021 and most of the songs with videos that shows his face. Back then, I always listened to this song when I was missing him. To stays who knows him and is still mad, I just want you guys to know he's already cleared. He's innocent. Changbin. It only took a few months for me to fall completely in love with Stray Kids and you, even when I barely knew anything about the group. What caught my attention right away was your rapping skills. I've never heard anybody rap like you, and I know I won't for the rest of my life. There's something about the way you do it, and I guess some people really are born with talents. I am so glad you are sharing your musical ability with the world because you were meant to do it. The charisma, passion, and ease into which you weave into your rap enticed me from the moment I first heard a Stray Kids song and it was history from there. It was impossible to not become a STAY, and it's one of the best decisions I've made in my life. I hope that you keep rapping and singing and that you flourish and grown in Stray Kids, as well as individually, as long as you live. I am so grateful I stumbled upon your once-in-a-lifetime voice, and am so blessed to get to hear it whenever I want. Please do not stop making music because I, and every other STAY, need your voice to keep going another day. I am so proud of everything you've accomplished in just two years in SKZ and can't wait to see what you do next. 7 damn years, y'all. It took Chan a goddamn long time to gather Stray Kids together but hell, it was goddamn worth it! Stray kids was JYP's first and only debuted group that had been formed without JYP's assistance; Chan worked so hard for this y'all! And even if Chan doubted himself on this, JYP picked an amazing person to lead this fun, wacky and inspirational adventure. I personally wouldn't have anyone else lead SK. What started as 1 become 3, and finally 9! Just when Chris thought that he had things under control, both him and the other 8 were put to the test and under pressure. Could you imagine what Chan would've went through? Losing that family he created himself under a competition he didn't have control of? And literally being close to having debuted as 7 members instead of 9- SK wouldn't be SK without Felix and Minho! And that goes with the rest of their astounding members, too! Isn't it an ultimate relief to see the kids performing in the studio with dances they've choreographed themselves? Preaching and singing songs that they've written? Rapping lines that express the wonderful individuals they are? This family is so bloody amazing- and truly, Stray Kids don't deserve to be compared! Better or worse, this is SK! There's no one else like them! *The Stray Kids that almost lost 2 members.* *The Stray Kids with a leader that promised he'd do it for the team.* *The Stray Kids with fellow members that work their hardest not only for themselves, but for the Stays!* (I'm bloody proud to be a part of this fandom and I'm completely content with being an international Stay. As long as these kids are happy, I'm happy, too.)

These boys, are something special. They make songs that are happy like awkward silence, about real issues and how to make you bawl your eyes out. The struggles they went through just to debut is amazing and I love them even more for it. I love you stray kids. You are gonna change the world don't you worry. They all are brothers from different mothers :') They are *FAMILY* I never seen a group with so much closeness and friendship Sometimes I wonder what would happen to them after contract will end Would they be there anymore to pursue their dreams? Or They would start living their own life.... but like seriously though. people think that being an idol is easy and fun but we will never truly understand how much they sacrificed behind the screen. they are facing pressures from both their company and their fans but they still do their best in everything because they think that its their responsibility to be good. but i really want them to know that even if the world turned its back on them, stays will stay with stray kids forever. we'll definitely shine one day, if we work harder. so let's do this, fam. never give up because we will be there for you. its all or none, stay or stray. make your choices.
