Bowl 1: 1 cup bread flour 2/3 all purpose flour Sprinkle of salt 2 tsp baking powder Bowl 2: 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar 1 tsp instant coffee 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 1 egg yolk Instructions: -Preheat oven (180c/350f) -Mix the ingredients from Bowl 2 together. -Slowly add the mixed ingredients from Bowl 1 into bowl 2, bit by bit. -Add chocolate chips. -Bake for 10 minutes. This is exactly as I got it, I'm going to try this now. I'll come back when I'm done!
